Denny and Andy are two of my favourite musucians - we've been playing together since the early '90's.

We first played regularly in Oxford at Denny's weekly residencies at the Cricketers and Bullingdon Arms, then with Lillian Boutte (touring all over the world), also many gigs with Dennys groups and as a house trio for various visiting jazz musicians as well as completing the lineup for my first solo album 'The Way I Hear It' in 1999.

It's great to br playing with them again and in this ideal small setting at the Cori Tap - hope some of you can make it.

Touring with Get The Blessing in North America and Canada next week

Hi folks - Hope you're well This is a quick email out about my tour with Get The Blessing in the US and Canada that starts next week - June 22nd til July 1st.

This is apparently one of the most extensive tours of North America by a British jazz(-ish) band in many years, so top marks to the group and Air Artist Agency for getting it together!

Zildjian Drummer Love Contest - spread the word - links below

This looks really good - The contest runs across the whole of April - getting word out to as many drummers as possible to encourage them to take part

'In the Spring of 2011, over 1500 drummers submitted videos...with help from guest judges, Tommy Lee, Kenny Aronoff and ?uestlove, the field was narrowed down to twelve...then nearly 100,000 people from around the world voted...for six winners from six regions across America. The first Zildjian Drummer Love had been launched.

This year's judges, Manu Katche, Simon Phillips and Gavin Harrison will help to narrow the entries to just two from each country, and the world will once again vote for their favourite drummer.'
